Solution Trail Platform is a WhatsApp Business messaging application that helps you manage customer conversations. We take your privacy seriously and want to be transparent about how we handle your data.

By Default: We keep your messages and conversation history indefinitely unless you delete them.
When You Ask for Deletion: If you request that we delete your account or data, we will delete it within 30 days.
Where Your Data Is Stored: Your data is stored on servers in South Africa and/or European Union (EU) infrastructure. When you send messages, they're also briefly stored in-memory for processing.
Our Plan: As we grow beyond MVP, we plan to add encryption at rest, automated backups, and enhanced security features.
